STEVE 2012CROPPED

Steven Kesten, Esq.

The attorneys and staff with whom I work embody the highest ideals of the legal profession; passion, intellectual agility, integrity and diligence. Our reputation for success in employment law has been earned by holding fast to our core principles while employing modern business practices and technologies so that our clients enjoy a consistent level of success in discrimination, harassment and wage and hour lawsuits.  We consistently provide our clients creative legal solutions relative to the demands of our multifaceted society and global marketplace.  We have been representing employees and employers in civil rights matters since 1991. We believe our representation of both employers and employees makes us better lawyers regardless of which side we represent in an individual case.

As an attorney and Harvard trained mediator, my goal is to resolve your legal problem as effectively, fairly and efficiently as the circumstances will permit.  When mediation isn’t appropriate, my colleagues and I are ready, willing and able to take your claim or defense to court.  We’ll fight hard to protect your rights.
